The Book Is a Shortcut

Before I created my method – I was struggling with helping families improve their children’s eating habits for years and was on the verge of giving up.

I was working tirelessly, trying every strategy out there – from traditional diet plans to modern nutritional theories.

I read countless studies, experimented with different food groups, and endlessly tweaked meal plans.

I got myself into a situation I never anticipated.

Despite my efforts, the results were fleeting, and the old problematic eating habits would resurface.

Which led me to question everything and eventually turn the entire approach to children’s nutrition upside down, breaking all the traditional rules and freeing myself and the families I worked with from the constraints of outdated methods.

After several years of trial-and-error, testing every possible approach, and figuring things out the hard way – without any clear guidance – I’ve finally reached a point where I understand the key to long-term, sustainable change in children’s eating habits and overall relationship with food.
